Our latest technology digital printers produce amazing quality prints, using special solvent inks that are weather and water proof, ensuring suitability for outdoor applications. We also use premium quality PVC banner material that is a sturdy 520gsm weight. Our banners are trimmed, seamed and eyeletted ready to be fixed almost anywhere you need. We can also produce mesh banners using tough Mesh Banner material.

Banner Design, Print & Installation case-study

Images below show the project from design to Installation, installed at West Derby School, Liverpool. We designed the banner to scale then provided the client with a visual mock-up for proofing. This provides a representation of the completed project prior to printing, allowing for tweaking of design and positioning. We then printed the banner and installed using a banner frame system suitable for Mesh Banner or PVC Banner media.

Building Wrap Banners

Installation of Mesh Banners onto scaffolding for building wraps:

Constructing a frame for the installation of a Large Format Scaffold Banner


Scaffold Banner Frame (see diagram)

Frame is constructed to be a 200mm bigger all round than the banner to allow use of bungee rope. Set far out enough from existing scaffolding for the banner to be clear of any brackets, bolts or scaffold ends.

 

Mesh Banner Media for Scaffold Banners (see diagram)

When installing large format banners onto scaffold we use high quality mesh banner media. Our mesh banners have an air permiability of 800 litres m2/s at 2 millibars - wind resistance calculations which are very important for banners at this size.

Banners are printed full colour onto mesh banner media (300g weight & B1 fire rated) using the world's best machines - NUR Fresco III (3.2m wide) & NUR Expedio 5000 (5m wide). We then join the mesh banner media to form one seamless full colour graphic image using a 40mm high frequency reinforced welded hem. Finally we add eyelets to the banner making it ready to use.
